MindxBody Sculpt was founded on the premise that everyone should feel great about having a healthy body … no matter the shape or size.

After two myomectomies and two kids via cesarean, it was harder and harder to rebuild my core and sculpt my abs. I struggled with diastasis recti and started researching methods and tools to mend and strengthen faster. The moment I learned how rehabilitative EMF therapy could also be used for abdominal separation, I became a research machine.

I wanted to identify and share the best technology, medical advances, and traditional methods that work with everyone.
